Dear Sisters in Thread,

We are working to make our annual Christmas Tea happening this month the best ever! All of November we are giving you a chance to win an Oliso Smart Iron at the Tea. Every time you visit our shop between now and Nov. 26 and spend $20 or more, you will get to put your name in to win the fabulous purple Oliso iron with feet! You may enter every time you visit and meet our criteria. Come check out the display at our shop.

Of course, we have lots more to offer at the Tea which will be from 1-3 pm on Sunday Nov. 26: ALL our fabric is 25% off and for every $50 gift certificate purchased, you will receive a $10 gift certificate for free! We will also give away a fat eighth for every (unexpired!) canned food item you bring for our Richmond Food Pantry. Of course, we will also have lots of great gift ideas and demos to share at our tea. And don’t forget the cookies and tea! We hope you will be there.

If you haven’t started following our Facebook page (Sew Together Quilt Shop), we hope you will! We are posting more and more pictures of our projects and Thursday Free Demos all the time. We hope you will like and share them with all your quilting friends (and encourage them to sign up for our newsletter and updates, too!)

Jeanette has HandiQuilter Club this month and they will be discussing tips on how to organize designs. This happens Thursday Nov. 9 from 10 am to noon. We also have a couple of really cute projects for the holidays; a Snowman Table Runner on Tues. Nov. 14 from 1-4 pm ($13 includes pattern), a Wonky Tree Skirt on Thursday Nov.16 from 5:30-7:30 pm or Friday Nov. 17 from 11 am-1 pm (free with kit purchase). The Diamond Star Quilt will also be taught on Saturday Nov. 18 from 11 am-2 pm ($10 includes pattern).

Saturday Nov. 25 is Small Business Saturday and we will celebrate with 25% off all books in the shop! And don’t forget our Christmas Tea on Sunday Nov. 26 from 1-3 pm!

Deanna is back with Creative Stitches and so are the Free Demo Thursdays on Nov. 16 and 30. In fact, we are doing something novel-our Nov. 30 Free Demo will be at 11 am instead of 2 pm! Watch our emails for more information!

Class Policy: We ask that you call ahead to reserve your space in a class.Classes without the minimum number of students will be cancelled and your fee refunded. We offer all paid students a 15% discount on regular priced merchandise. Your registration fee is fully refundable if you cancel 1 week prior to class and store credit will be given under special circumstances but must be personally Okayed by Gina or Sue if you can’t attend due to an unforeseen emergency.
